Booking Policy - Terms & Conditions

The use of this website to process hotel reservations in conditional upon your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions herein.

  • Email Confirmations

    Your booking will be confirmed by email. You are sent a voucher and an invoice in PDF-Format. If you do not receive an email confirmation please contact us and we can resend your email confirmation. Your confirmation is your voucher and the hotel will require you to provide this at check in. This confirms that your reservation is prepaid and will help to avoid delays at check-in.

  • Cancellation / Change Policy

    To cancel/change your hotel reservation, just refer to your confirmation email. Cancellations/changes must be made through us - if notified directly to the hotel, they are not valid and full cancellation fees are applied.

    Any cancellation within 3 (three) working days prior to arrival day at the hotel you will be charged one night accommodation penalty. Arrival day is the first day of your booking. For all other cancellations no charges are applied. For group reservations and exhibition periods special cancellation rules can apply. In this case you will be informed by email about exact cancellation policy with your booking.

  • No Show

    If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive or leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, you are liable to pay the full price of the reservation. Cancellations/changes must be made through us - if notified directly to the hotel, they are not valid and full payment is applied.

  • Hotel Complaints

    Any complaint should be brought to the attention of the hotel management as early as possible during your stay. If not resolved to your satisfaction, you must notify us by email within 30 days on completion of your trip.

  • Hotel or Supplier not honoring reservation

    We reserve the right to change your hotel reservation to a hotel of a similar standard. No compensation is payable for such changes. In extreme circumstances we may be forced to cancel your reservation and in this situation we will notify you immediately. A full refund will be made and we will not be under any further liability to pay any additional charges or costs incurred. The maximum refund given will not be greater than the amount paid for the booking.

  • Payment in advance

    Our special rates require that payment be made in full before time of booking. We accept Bank wire and payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

  • Refunds

    All requests for a refund must be received by email with supporting documentation within 30 days of departure from the hotel. We will only refund to the bank account or the credit card that was used to pay for the reservation.

  • Hotel Star Ratings

    Star ratings are used to symbolize the overall quality, service and amenities available in a hotel. There is different criteria set within each country, we strive to provide accurate and realistic information on all properties.

  • Hotel Room Types

    The following normally applies:

    Single room: Standard room with 1 or 2 bed(s) for 1 person.
    Double room: Standard room may contain 1 large bed for 2 people.
    Twin room: Standard room for 2 people, this will consist of 2 beds.
    Triple room: Standard room, which sleeps 3 people. This may consist of either a twin or double with and extra single bed which may be a rollaway.
    Quad room: Standard room with beds to sleep 4 people. This may contain two double beds or one double and two single beds.

  • Personal information

    This information is collected within a secure environment and is necessary in order to process your hotel reservation. Your name, email address, physical address, phone and fax number, and credit card number are necessary to ensure we are able to make and confirm your reservation. We do not share this personal information with outside parties except as necessary to complete your hotel reservation.

  • Accuracy

    We endeavour to ensure all information on properties is accurate and up to date. We do not endorse or recommend any particular hotel. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this web site is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this web site is published in good faith but you acknowledge that we cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by its suppliers.

    We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of our obligations which results from any circumstance which is beyond our control directly or indirectly i.e. act of God, war, terrorism, fire, flood, lightening, explosion, fog, sickness, pilferage, machinery breakdown, interruption of utility service, renovations undertaken by the hotel, strikes, labor disputes.

    We shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, expense incurred by you as a result of any acts or defaults by any hotel or supplier.
